Americana Village

Very clean and cozy rooms. The kitchenette is adequately stocked. The sofa pull out bed has an air mattress, but was comfortable enough. The staff is great and got us sled for kids snow play on the small play area.

They provide a nice free breakfast of boiled egg, peanut butter, jam, butter, fruit, and donuts. The location is walking distance from 7 Eleven and some grocery stores, Heavenly Village where many nice restaurants and shopping places and also the Zip line and Tram way. Beaches are around the place, free admission beaches are busy and by 10 am won’t find a parking spot easily, but other beaches with around $12 admission per car usually easily find a parking spot anytime. The room was well maintained and equipped with almost all we needed for kitchen, bathroom is senior friendly as it has the holding bar near the toilet and a foldable seat in the shower. TV and DVD player are available and also you can borrow max 3 DVDs per time for free. Laundry is available during the working hours for free and you bring your own detergents. Small Gym room also available for free. A swimming pool is open during the working hours and water is cold, but beside it a small heated bathtub jacauzzi is nice for relaxing. BBQ grills are available for free and they give you the tools you need. Also, each day they have activities for kids, kids area, and free board games. The place is pet friendly and a pet park at the back. One of the best things here is front desk staff, the young lady was so helpful, smiling all the time, cheerfully welcoming, and when I called her to ask how to check in after 9pm she was very helpful and gave me all info needed. Room service is buy booking, but whenever you need them they will come.

Really cute place. Great for harveys/Ceasars concerts. So many offerings, bikes, Dvd'S, ping pong, grass areas, lounge chairs, etc. Nice, breakfast with fruit, donuts, oatmeal, toast, juice, coffee, staff prepare it for you, outdoor dining offered. Rooms have living area, small kitchen, TV's, sofa, cute. We enjoyed our stay. About $300.for 1 night, 2 people.

We spent a wonderful week at Americano Village Resort and couldn’t be happier with our stay! The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were warm and welcoming, and everything was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable getaway!

This property truly felt like a home away from home! The unit was excellent: fully furnished with modern, updated appliances. Having a full kitchenette was fantastic for saving money on meals, and the reliable free Wi-Fi and large TV with plenty of channels made relaxing easy. The property is beautiful and peaceful, yet perfectly located just a five-minute drive from Heavenly Village and the casinos. The amenities are a huge draw: the year-round heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and Finnish dry sauna are perfect for unwinding. They also offer fantastic free perks like continental breakfast and on-site laundry facilities. Considering the spacious accommodations and generous complimentary services, Americana Village offers unbeatable value in Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend!

So nice. Our room had a little kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot plate, dishes, utensils, and cookware. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel grounds are beautiful! They have bikes and outdoor games, as well as board games you can check out. They have free popcorn, and DVD's you can check out. They also have activities each day. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It is located off of the main road, so it was quiet and we didn't hear road noise.

We needed a dog friendly place to stay for three nights in South Tahoe and luckily found Americana. The room was spacious, homey and well laid out. We didn't much use the kitchen but had one if needed. The grounds of the place are immaculate and very inviting to relax outside to read, grill or visit. All the staff we came across were very friendly and jovial. It's also a very short drive to the beach and all the other attractions.

Super! I highly recommend this place in South Lake Tahoe. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all professional, sweet and accommodating. The resort property was clean, well kept and safe. The room had all ammenties you would need plus a kitchenette. They also provide free bike rentals, free laundry and seasonal equipment for leisure for guests. Great location, close proximity to everything and within a 10 minute walk to Heavenly Village and shopping center. Our suite was roomy to accomodate myself, hubby, son and our dog.
